In the heart of Triana riviera (famous for Flamenco tablaos and live shows), this Seville restaurant give you the opportunity to taste the best of high cuisine based on traditional Andalusian food in a setting with amazing views to the Guadalquivir river. All the walls are glass as well as a terrace, which allows you to dine indoors with some of the best sights the city has to offer. But when it comes to gastronomy, this restaurant in Seville offers Andalusian cuisine with modern touches, whose main star is...you guessed it, olive oil. Each dish is marinated in a different oil, and it comes with an explanation. Extraverde also has an ample wine list, you can ask Toni or Victor who are in charge, of how best to pair it with your meal.
