Without a doubt already a reference of high cuisine in Marbella. The concept designed by this Marbella restaurant's chef is contrast; contrasts of textures, contrast in flavors and also in temperatures. At the same time, it rescues the taste of traditional Andalusian gastronomy: avant-garde from tradition. Diners say eating there is an entirely new experience. Not only is the food a delight to all palates, the setting is exquisitely decorated and has splendid views of the sea. We recommend the broken pota squid croquettes, the marinated sea dog and fun peach with lemmongrass for dessert.
